Original Flight Hardware: Wheel Well Fire Test

The Wheel Well Fire Test panel is part of the L-1011 fire warning and suppression system. The system has a switch for the "A" or "B" loop operation of the fire test system, as well as two push buttons to activate the "A" and "B" side tests. The annunciator on the panel gives a visual indication of the "A" or "B" side fire alert loop activation.



The panel can be found in the top section of the Flight Engineers Panel. It is part of a larger group of fire test panels in the L-1011 cockpit.
